Plumb Center shows it's thinking outside the box with Argos for Business

When Plumb Center, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of plumbing and heating products, went in search of a partner to help implement its customer loyalty programme, Argos for Business proved to be the ideal choice.

Having previously managed eXtra internally, Plumb Center selected Argos for Business to develop a bespoke online reward platform that could be fully integrated with its current system, and ensure the smooth delivery of the programme to its customers.

RewardBox, from Argos for Business allows large organisations to run customer loyalty programmes that offer real benefits to consumers and businesses alike.

The ultimate in online multi-channel loyalty and rewards management systems, RewardBox currently manages millions of users providing online rewards redemption for customers, whilst also giving businesses a bespoke ‘white labelled’ rewards website that can be tailored to suit their needs.

An opt-in scheme, eXtra, which has been running for over 20 years, allows Plumb Center customers to earn points every time they purchase items marked with the eXtra logo or from the Plumb Center Trade Price Guide.

Customers are awarded eight points for every £100 spent, which can then be converted to vouchers, merchandise, special events and trips, as well as exclusive trade deals.
